Extreme Tactical Dynamics Goes to Hollywood
Posted by Extreme Tactical Dynamics on Jun 29th 2019
Okay, not really. But, one of our favorite products; the Mirage light bar, made it into a Hollywood blockbuster! So, while we’re still in Jupiter FL, our light bars are being seen by moviegoers all over the planet when they watch The Fate of the Furious, which just hit theaters last week. Extreme Tactical Dynamics’ light bars were installed on police vehicles in the movie.
Have You Seen The Fate of the Furious, Yet?
When Paul Walker died in a fiery car crash in November 2013, the cast of the Fast and Furious franchise was filming the seventh installment. Producers and cast completed the film despite Walker’s death, but no one, including co-stars and fans, knew what the fate of the franchise would be moving forward. At the end of the 7th installment, Bryan O’Connor and Mia, Dom’s sister, retired from the outlaw life. Letty and Dom finally started to settle down, and the rest of the crew was making their way in the world.
At first glance, it appears that the crew is ready to leave the criminal life behind them and go straight. However, when a new woman, Cipher (Charlize Theron), enters Dom’s life, a chance to be normal someday seems impossible. The drama that unfolds on screen leaves viewers wondering if the man who once cherished family above anything else can turn his back on everything he once held dear.
Where to Spot the Mirage Light Bars?
Our Mirage light bars are fantastic because they’re magnet mounted and available in a variety of colors. There’s plenty of time to catch a glimpse of our LED light bars in the film because they’re attached to a dozen or so mock police cars. The movie gives onlookers a great chance to see how bright the LED light-bars shine in night-time hours. In the movie, the light bars are outfitted with blue LEDs and the vehicles are seen traveling in a pack, so it’s hard to miss.
